Chapter 1
It was just a normal day in Ponyville, Equestria. Usually, Rainbow Dash flew through the clouds, Pinkie Pie threw a whole bunch of parties, Twilight Sparkle was reading books, trying to make spells and do them, Rarity was making a new fashion line, and Fluttershy was taking care of animals. But, it was different this time.
Pinkie Pie smiled widely. She was currently throwing a party, just a fun party. It was the day after Gummy's after-party. The day before, she had gone crazy, because she had thought her friends betrayed her, and so she went mentally insane. She apologized though, and she had threw more parties. Everyone forgave her. It was as if nothing happened. But there was still a bit insanity left in her. She wasn't completely normal.
She saw Rainbow Dash, and Twilight Sparkle. They were dancing together. Immediately, jealousy flowed through her. She didn't know why she was jealous, she just was. She walked over to them. ''Hi, Rainbow Dash, Twilight!'' She said, trying her best to act happy. She didn't want Rainbow to know she was jealous. That would send a bad rep. Rainbow smiled.
''Hey, Pinkie. Thanks for throwing this party,'' she said, ''You always throw the awesomest parties,.'' Blood flowed to Pinkie's cheeks and she blushed.
''Really? Aw...thanks, Rainbow Dash!'' Pinkie said, smiling widely. Rainbow chuckled and Twilight Sparkle nodded.
''It's true, they're marvelous!'' Twilight said. Pinkie smiled.
''Aw...thanks, guys,'' she said, ''Well, I'm going to go check on the other Ponies.'' She trotted over to the other Ponies. She saw Applejack and Fluttershy, the two bobbing for apples.
''How's the apple bobbing going?" Pinkie asked. Applejack chuckled.
''Mighty fine for me,'' she said, ''But, not so well for Fluttershy over here.'' Pinkie looked at Fluttershy. She was struggling to get out the green apple, that was attached to the bucket by a string. Fluttershy soon fell in, her fur and hair wet.
''Gah!'' She squeaked in her quiet little voice. ''I'm sorry, Pinkie.'' Pinkie smiled.
''It's not your fault,'' Pinkie said, ''I'm going to go check on Rarity, do you know where she is?"
Applejack looked at her. ''I think she left early, said she got a stomach bug.''
Pinkie frowned. ''Aw, well...that's too bad.''
The party soon ended, and everyone left. Rainbow Dash was the last to leave. Pinkie was soon devastated when she saw Rainbow Dash leave.
''Rainbow Dash, wait!'' Pinkie yelled and ran out the door after her.
She turned to face Pinkie, and had a straight face. ''What is it?"
''Rainbow Dash...I...need to tell you something,'' Pinkie sighed.
''And...what's that?" She asked. Pinkie immiedately blushed. She had come to the conclusion she liked Rainbow, but...how could she tell her without it feeling awkward? She took a deep breath, and smiled uncomfortably.
''Come in....and...I'll tell you,'' Pinkie said. Rainbow looked confused, but nodded, and walked in. Pinkie shut the door, and they both sat on the couch. Rainbow had a curious look on her face.
''Well, what is it?" Rainbow asked. Pinkie took a deep breath.
''I...I've come...to the conclusion...that...I like you,'' Pinkie told her. Rainbow looked shocked, and blushed. She didn't respond. She hoped she hadn't shocked her so much.
''Are...you mad at me?" Pinkie asked. Rainbow chuckled. ''No..I'm not,'' she answered.
''Because...I like you too,'' Rainbow said.
